The annual event is a collaborative effort between the Washington Lions Club,
Washington Art Guild, Romeo-Washington-Bruce Parks and Recreation Department,
Washington Township, Washington Historical Society, Paint Creek Center for the Arts and
Friends of the Loren Andrus Octagon House,
and is a combination of several older events with a new name and look.
